Location: The hotel is located 20 km from the city of Sofia, at the entrance to the village of Gorna Malina, in close proximity to the country’s two main highways: the Hemus Highway (15 km away) and the Trakia Highway (25 km away). 

Room 2nd floor: Approx 40m². Located on the second floor of the mills, the rooms are equipped with a double bed, an extendible sofa, minibar, air-conditioning, TV, balcony, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
Room 3rd floor: Approx 30m². Located on the third floor of the mills, the rooms are equipped with a double bed, an extendible sofa, minibar, air-conditioning, TV, balcony with lake view, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
Deluxe room: Approx 34m². Located on the second floor of the Guesthouse, the rooms are equipped with a double bed, minibar, air-conditioning, TV, balcony, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
Apartment 1st floor: Approx 52m². Located on the first floor of the mills, the apartments are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extendible sofa. The rooms also feature a minibar, air-conditioning, TV, balcony, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
Apartment with jacuzzi: Approx 52m². Located on the first floor of the mills, the apartments are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extendible sofa. The rooms also feature a minibar, air-conditioning, TV, balcony with a Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the rooms.

A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel has two apartments for people with disabilities – available upon request.
Pets: Small breeds weighing up to 15 kg are allowed in the complex and the hotel section. There is an additional charge of 25 euros per night.
About the hotel: The hotel was built in 2011.  The hotel section of Hydropark “The Windmills” features 6 “Windmill” cottages and a “Guesthouse” with boutique rooms and apartments, as well as 3 glass domes. The last renovation was in 2026.
